   <title>Ashes and Snow Video</title>

   <summary><![CDATA[I was so thrilled to find this excerpt from one of my most favorite art exhibitions. It has served me in so many ways. The work of Gregory Colbert is extraordinary for an  Animal Person  like myself. Coming from an indigenous background that believes in the communion between animal spirits and humans this exhibition and especially this film directly reflects that relationship - sacred and silent.   It has also become a kind of meditation that I access when I am practicing yoga. Is the music, the images, the spirit behind the relationship? I suppose all of it makes sense to me and keeps me searching for more. The flow, the deep breaths, the long silences feels like my practice.   I hope you enjoy it.]]></summary>

   <title> This Natural World</title>

   <summary><![CDATA[Alot goes on in my house with visiting friends, a handful of dogs and finally a warm and windy day. We all set out to the mountains to sit and talk about our plans for the coming month, and year. I guess everyone likes to talk about these things. I like to sit and listen. To the hills around my house, the laughter of my friends, and the rustling of the city.   So we headed up to Vasquez Rock and climbed to a ledge where we could talk about our most promising dreams for a year of more yoga, more hikes in nature, more longer mornings just doing nothing (except for our yoga - hah!) and doing less to listen more.   This looks like a cool site, and I am hoping that we can all engage in meaninful conversation about our mutual love - yoga and other passions like mine. Nature, Animals,Photography.
