For some reason I woke up with a sore neck and an upset stomach. I slept well, but maybe my late night of being in front of the computer, didn't agree with me. I could have opted to drink a large cup of coffee and just pass out on the couch - "because I was not feeling well." But my other voice said maybe you should do some exercise to help you feel better. What? Seemed counter productive to me. But the voice won out and I knew I had a long day ahead of me, so I grabbed my
Kundalini Yoga with Gurmukh.With my several dogs around me, who always give me a long sigh and a curious eye when I do yoga, I hit play. I stretched, sweated, did breaths of fire, meditated to a round of gongs and without noticing it the 45 minutes was over. My head was clearer, my stomach less stressed and I felt a groundedness in my step. I am a beginner with Kundalini, but I am feeling a connection to the form. My goal is to get to a few classes in order to have a teacher guide my form.
