I am so excited to find a place where I can share my thoughts and ideas about living a healthly lifestyle that incorporates an active yoga practice. My friends and I have always made New Year's resolutions that were made of some pretty lofty ideas that we were supposed to accomplish in just one year.

What we have committed ourselves to is discovering the different forms of yoga, and as artists to engage with other artists whose work may reflect a sensitivity to aspects of yoga.
