Yoga is the most important aspect of my life today.  I have been practicing for three years but the stunning brilliance of this practice hit me right from the beginning and there is no going back. 

Sun salutations and resting in downward dog feel like an old, ancient home to me.  Yoga connects me to wisdom beyond my years and to the power of loving kindness.
