Being nice to yourself as healthy. Test out a short moment of giving yourself a break :-)

Short moments of rest, short moments of clarity, short moments of peace, short moments of awareness. It matters not what term we would like to use. By making the choice to take these short moments, we are making a choice to gain confidence in the stability that is right here and beyond anything we can think of or try to grasp.

Instinctive understanding only comes by understanding the fundamental inherent and natural presence of the soothing energy of awareness as one's true identity right here, right now.

The simplicity of your own natural presence, the self knowing basic state, right here, right now equals identity.

You can hobble yourself with points of view or you can rely on clarity.

We can endure everything that comes up in life with the power of clarity.

Openhearted gratitude, care, concern, natural compassion, wise speech, skillful means, inherent goodness, inherent patience, natural empowerment, no boundaries, no limitations, discernment, service, pristine perfection, unified completeness, love, clarity, pervasive saturation of all phenomena as the natural presence of the basic state.

Only you can decide to acknowledge that which is never changing and is completely at ease and is within all of your very own circumstantial points of view.

First help yourself. Just stop thinking for a moment, what remains is wide open awareness.

We come to know that whether we are thinking are not thinking, the stability of self knowing awareness is always right here, without effort.

There is no need to try to get it or understand it. Simply by allowing yourself the opportunity to relax, we acknowledge what is already present and never changing.

There is nothing to try to do or try to get that is foreign to your own experience and understanding in recognizing one's true identity.

Simply gain confidence in the fundamental stability of what is never changing in clarity.

It is within all points of view that the basic state saturates all phenomena.

With the instinctive recognition of awareness as one's identity, there is no longer the obsessive self concern with what one is capable of offering. No longer is there a limitation in any aspect of life. Endless energy and the movement to be of benefit is met without contrivance. Work, life, family become effortless.

No longer is there the worry or concern about the future. The natural goodness that exists in all of us is forefront and never limited by point of view.

Wisdom and full consideration are found in every short moment of clarity. Clarity is pervasive whether one is recognizing it or not.

Why focus on points of view, when freedom is within the understanding that all points of view are free and empty in and of their own right?

Competition no longer exists when there is the instinctive recognition of awareness.

Naturally, there is the movement to relate for the benefit of all beings that is completely uncontrived. Naturally we care, naturally we want to work together in collaboration, naturally we see the wisdom of everyone and the complete beauty that exists right here.

How do we understand this? It can only come from our own direct experience. One short moment of clarity at a time, until it becomes continuous.

The only thing that you need to do is to take a short moment of complete rest, complete clarity, complete peace, when you remember to do so. Organically, there is an instinctive understanding of the natural presence of the unchanging basic state as your true identity.

How wonderful is that? Be gentle on yourself.

The most beautiful intimacy and complete love is found in the instinctive recognition of the basic state as your true identity.

Short moments of clarity repeated many times until continuous.
