I work as a speech-language pathologist for infants and toddlers under three years old. And, although I am not currently teaching, I am a certified Kripalu Yoga Teacher and dance teacher with certifications in Shake Your Soul (Dan Leven, creator) and Kripalu YogaDance. At age 45 I am renewing my commitment to self-care and spiritual growth. I am informally studying Ayurveda and Non-Violent Communication (Marshall Rosenberg).
