So it's been great working behind the scenes here at the YogaHub conference! I got to listen to some great presentations and even got to ask a few questions myself (thanks Glenn D. Wollman M.D. that was me who asked about Hydrogen Peroxide and teeth)! I also, got to connect and lend a hand to great participants and speakers. You are all awesome. I'm currently listening to an amazing CD:

Seriously, Christina plays this CD when she teaches us Yoga in the mornings and once I got a listen it became one of my faves. Amazing stuff. Back to work!
