Jennifer Reis, E-RYT 500, LMT, a yoga therapist and senior Kripalu Yoga instructor, has been teaching since 1996. She is the creator of Deep Relaxation: Guided Yoga Nidra and Guided Relaxation which are Kripalu's best-selling CD;s for 2009. Jennifer specializes in guiding Yoga Nidra meditation to bring people into realms of deep healing and wholeness. She is on the faculty at Kripalu Center and leads retreats and teacher trainings throughout North America. |
