Madoka in Yoga World!
Hello! I am an actor who has started yoga this year. Yoga is great. It's a whole different world. But being born and raised in Japan, I am used to some yoga poses that are a part of our culture.
I am happy to post my blogs in YogaHub Team Blog and share my experiences of "discovering yoga" with you.
I am also very conscious about the eco environment. I think we all have to be aware of what is going on in this society and the mother of earth.
