I do appoligize if you find the site a bit confusing. It's rather large and vast, and quite frankly it's not just one site but a network of sites. It'll take some time to getting to know your way around, but perhaps you'll find some help by checking out the virtual floor plan here:

I have been unable to determine how to join and have no clue how I will be able to listen to the one's I have missed so far. The website is a bit of a maze.
You're all set. You should be able to login now without any issues.
I am having trouble getting into the virtual conference even though I'm logged in, also. I called the support number and the message stated that the hours are M-F 10 am - 5 pm. I also put in a critical ticket online and have not been contacted yet. I already missed the first two days and hope I get to attend the last day!
