I found Yoga in a gymnasium on a military installation.  I was less than enthused to attend this "mandatory physical training" and it turned out to be the balance  I needed in my active military lifestyle.  After 14 years I decided to leave active duty and become a yoga teacher, that was 3 years ago.  I still serve in the Air Force Reserves, but now I also teach out of my home to neighbors and at a local studio. 

I have a wonderful husband and a very cute and energetic dog.  I am loving my yoga journey and wake up everyday looking forward to what the universe will offer up and how I will navigate through it all.  How kool is that???
