Hi I am an ACE certified personal trainer. I enjoy learning new and fun ways to progress my clients in reaching their fitness goals. I recently moved back to Southern California after living in Northern California for the past ten years. I also attended Sonoma State University ('00-'05) where I earned a BS in Kinesiology. I have taken several yoga classes which I greatly enjoyed. I also use various yoga moves with my clients to help stretch and cool down the muscles after their workouts.
