I have been practicing Yoga for over thirty years. I received my national certification through Bhumi’s Yoga & Wellness Center, a nationally recognized school of Yoga in 1997. I am also a Certified Chair Yoga Instructor through the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation and Liz Franklin's Yoga in Chairs. I continually expand my knowledge of yoga and natural health and wellness by attending seminars and workshops throughout the country as well as teaching.   I also work with animals as a Healing Touch for Animals practitioner and as a Reiki practitioner helping others through energy work.  Going into the second half of life - wondering how I can make a difference. Want to teach yoga full time since I personnally can attest to it's wonderful benefits and how it can transform your life. Think it should be a class taught in school from an early age - would help to teach patience and the art of listening not only to oneself but to others...why I want to spend the 2nd half of life making that difference!
