Heya!  The yoga therapy was something that came along later.  I've been a therapist now for 6 years.  It was about 3 years ago that I started participating in yoga regularly and found that it had a number of emotional benefits for myself, like feeling more grounded & confident.  So I looked into Yoga Therapy programs, enrolled in one, and now here I am!  That's my story & I'm stickin' to it   Have a great day!
