Felicia, not only did I thoroughly enjoy sitting in on your session at the conference, I enjoyed reading the cliff-notes version by Lia Aprile on the YogaHub blog just as much. Perfect Health by Deepak Chopra was the very first book I read about Ayurveda. Great introduction. Glad you enjoyed the session. I'll make a reading list for you.
