As a Pilates instructor i teach only private session with the emphasis on mindful movement and over all well-being. With personal one on one instruction i can focus on the individual, whether they be a martial artist, mom to be or 80 yrs old and recovering from surgery or injury. Always an emphasis on preventive and safety.
