Work-In-Progress Yoga Teacher
I teach yoga at a community center three times a week to people age 35 plus. I also teach once a week to people age 65 plus at a buddhist temple. Classes are primarily Iyengar and include emphasis on yoga therapy. Restoratives are done once a month along with some Yin Yoga. |
