Nice pic. I'm actually working on backbends myself in my gymnastics/wushu class. I can get down, but getting back up is another story haha.

Thank you! Believe me, it didn't come naturally. It took a while. The first time I did this pose my poor body was completely unprepared for it. I just muscled on into it. Ouch!

I used to avoid gymnastics in gym class and now I stand on my head every day! I'm a passionate student of yoga and a yoga therapist who loves all things yoga and does my best to live the lessons learned on my yoga mat out into the world.
