It's a great teleseminar!! Unfortunately I wasn't able to attend the live call but I just replayed it.
I agree with some of what you've said such as "love yourself first." I've learned when I was teenager. No one is happy to be with someone who hates her/himself. Loving yourself makes you happy that attracts people because we all want to be happy. All emotion or energy spread to the others.
Also I like the comment if I can tell my friends that I want to stay home because I want to relax and read a book by myself and if I say it, then my friend start judging me. It actually just happened to me. I was so busy these days, so I just wanted to stay home on Halloween. Next day, some of my friends asked me what I did, so I honestly said, "well I had to study my monologue, so I stayed home." then they said.... "oh.... " or "I'm sorry." I felt more than "I'm sorry" from them.
It's very an interesting reaction from each of them. It's hard to say no on the holiday but I think we sometimes have to be strong enough to say so; otherwise you build up all stress and frustration along with of course happiness. It's all about the balance, I guess ;)
Well, I wanted to congratulate your first teleseminar!! I look forward to the next one now!
