Yoga Teacher Pilates Tutor/Assessor
I work as a Pilates Tutor/Assessor and help people to learn to become teachers. I also teacher other forms of fitness but my main love is teaching Yoga. I love reading and learning more about Yoga, the history, philospohy and psychology.
