Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy Practitioner

I have been a physical therapist for many years and through my own journey found my way to Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy.  In 2008 I became a certified practitioner in PRYT.  My certification complements my chosen career and allows me to practice more from a heart-honoring, intuitive place.  I now split my time between my yoga/yoga therapy practice and being a mom to my precious miracle child.
