I am an individual with a unique blend of analytical skills, creative thinking, and intuitive sense. I have a keen interest in knowing the truth of reality and am committed to bringing forth my authentic self. I completed Yoga Teacher Training at Shanti Yoga, with Karen Rich, in 2006 and attended Jason Brody’s Awakening Seminars in 2007 and 2008. I have been practicing mindfulness for quite a while and find it to be my most fulfilling practice.

Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy is a one-on-one session between a practitioner and client. Assisted yoga postures are used in conjunction with reflective dialogue to increase self-awareness. In a session, the client has an opportunity to explore body patterns in relationship to life patterns. No prior yoga experience is necessary. A PRYT session allows you to step out of your day to day life, gain awareness around what’s happening, so you can step back into your life with greater clarity.
