Hi, yoga-members.
This is my first yoga-blog entry so I want to write some words about me, about what I like and how I live.
I'm software developer why sits 10 hours infront of computer to make some moneys to have ability for normal lifecycle in our difficult tyme. That is why I hope yoga will help me to relax and to get additional energy to enjoy not with work only, but with sports, travels etc.
Any developers here who may advice something interesting on yoga for man like me?
