Mindful Healing for Lasting Change
I am a licensed clinical social worker and I use yoga, mindfulness, and meditation in my therapy practice. I utilize mindfulness practices to help my clients focus on internal thoughts, feelings, and experiences. My mindfulness-oriented therapy practice helps clients to manage their feelings, make better choices, think fewer negative thoughts, communicate more easily, & react to stress more calmly. Hi Mindfulhealer,
I am very interested in your description and curious about how you use yoga in your session.
Since being involved in yoga world, I've become more aware of how we can use in medical areas. I think yoga helps a lot for any kinds of patients not only physically but mentally also.
As simple as controlling your breathing will help patients to take their pain away as well as give them relaxation. Yoga is amazing.
I look forward to more information, perhaps in your blog?
