I have practiced Yoga since the mid '70's and became a teacher in 1989 and founded Body Awareness Yoga. Body Awareness Yoga Center opened in 2005 after incubating in a local Community Center for many years. I discovered Kripalu Yoga through my Phoenix Rising YT training and pursued their 500hr professional training . Our Center offers Gentle, Moderate and Deeper Practice Yoga classes as well as retreats, workshops and Teacher Trainings.
