I have pursued the study and practice of yoga for over 30 years developing Gentle Yoga, a unique, self-empowering, deep-release yoga, that is both accessible to beginners and inspiring to experienced practitioners. My 4CD set, The Gentle Series, is well-known for supporting a vital regular personal practice. I teach regularly at Kripalu Center For Yoga and Health in Lenox, MA and The Comfort Zone Center for Whole Self-Healing in Lewes, DE offering programs in Gentle Yoga, Men's Yoga plus a wonderful annual yoga-vacation in Tuscany.
