Certified Yoga & Pilates Teacher
I teach Vinyasa Flow blending principles from Ashtanga and Iyengar. The combination of dynamic, cardiovascular work and muscle building static holds make for a very athletic class. Be ready to sweat! I'm also certified in The Method Pilates, classic mat and standing pilates. My teaching style is modern-evolved in the tradition of Eve Gentry in which fundamentals are used to teach correct biomechanics and focus is on a neutral spinal alignment to protect the back.
