I've found half the polulation doesn't evne know what Gaia means and the other half spell it as Gia which just doesn't make sense.

I love doing yoga just after it's rained in the park when no one else is around. Gaia Yoga (Earth Yoga) I love connecting with the earth (Gaia) while doing yoga. Through stillness we can attain oneness with all beings.
