When I'm not in-front of 5 computer screens I like to take walks with my son, hit the local rock crags or just lay still in shavasana and unwind. I used to avoid gymnastics in gym class and now I stand on my head every day! I'm a passionate student of yoga and a yoga therapist who loves all things yoga and does my best to live the lessons learned on my yoga mat out into the world.
