I love doing yoga just after it's rained in the park when no one else is around. Gaia Yoga (Earth Yoga) I love connecting with the earth (Gaia) while doing yoga. Through stillness we can attain oneness with all beings.

I met yoga while staying in Los Angeles and just fell in love with it. I am now in Japan but still practice yoga. My instructor told me about this website and I just love it. It's so diligent and beautiful. I was also looking for a place where I could communicate with fellow yogics in the world, so this site is perfect for me!!
