In the past couple of years I have really immersed myself in a personal practice that has been amazing.  Thanks to this practice, I was ready to begin a yoga teacher training program and have been teaching around the area now for over two years. 

I continue to learn more about myself and about yoga in my own practice and the (unfortunately rare) classes I get to take.  Every time I teach it is the most rewarding experience as I know that I am truly helping someone with each class!
