I teach yoga in different yoga retreat in India on hire basis . It is since 28 years of my experience and involvement on yoga through practice with prescribed posture, pranayam, Mudra and meditation. it is only the sun of its supreme energy and seven spectrums that generate inner energy of life which also helps both body and mind to achieve ultimate desire and goal.
I BELIEVE IN: Self confidence and positive attitude is the right way of teaching in tranquil natural environment. Although basically I am electronics and bio-medical instrumentation service and maintenance specialists by profession and I have taken yoga practice in my own interest and like to share my knowledge and wide experience with likeminded people who faith and want to learn this ancient and very effective practice with dedication.

Introduction: It is an ancient practice of the people specially those who always do believe that maintaining good health effectively is possible when you interact or communicate between body and soul, Thus energy can be revitalized and extracted on certain form and practice by yogic means of prescribed poses in the early morning from rising Sun that is what we say as “Yoga” in Indian language means to add between the body energy with supreme energy
Yoga as you know is derived from Sanskrit word that Link with supreme energy or Union traditionally refers to one of the five major way of Hindu philosophy that described the path to enlightenment.
These are hatha yoga, karmayoga, Gyan yoga Bhakti yoga and rajyoga. I also think as sixth another named by health as yoga.
process engineered I do not really mean that merely study how yoga can influence health, It is proven fact any form of yoga rightly practised will improve health, The question is may be why . and the answer is simple
Physical health does not blindly follow the law of bio chemistry. Health follows the dictates of spirit. Your health mirrors the deepest level of your own thought. A process engineered in to us by God which is designed to optimize our spiritual growth towards enlightenment.

Yoga restores right relationships between you and God which have the effect of restoring harmony in your mind
The truth is you can’t have good health and longevity unless you have achieved harmony with your creator.
The natural result is that the pursuit of health is a pursuit of harmony with God first and for most.

4th faces: Pranayan and Mudra > control of breathing process and its control through nose in yoga sytem
5th faces: patience
6th faces: stability
7th faces Dhyan >meditation and observation.
8th faces Samadhi> communication between soul and with supreme energy
As it was told in Yoga theory there are three bodies of different means and realization
These three are: sthul sarir > 1) The plain/materialist body, (The body we see) 2) Sukha sarir. ( the auspicious body/ consciousness of inner mind of body 3) Karaan sarir( The body as conceived in the vedanta or spiritual achievement of soul . The main objective of the entire element to reach Sachiddanad sawarup ( supreme consciousness/)
Breathing procedure completes through these materialist body and s auspicious body by nose and breathing system. Fine body system completes breathing procedure inManipur Chakra in naval.
On various mood, breathing frequency changes or varies in different situation or moment in daily life
I mean when a man very happy breathing frequency in different than a man remain angry or upset the frequent changes of breathing irregular style reduces lifespan of man.
Since in ancient time most of the Indian saints used to practice “Pranayam “to control their breath at least five times in a day as per Sun’s movement that is
Morning time (6AM) Noon (12 PM) Evening(6PM) Midnight(12AM) and Brahma muhrta(4AM) Even in This was even expressed as Sandhaya in Gayatri
There two side in our body one is right side and other is left side , right side is mainly
IDA(cold/phlegm), PINGALA(Fire/hot) and SUSHUMNA.( the middle one of the arteries that pulsate at spinal cord (Vaccumed) The three (arteries/ nadees/(nerves) of the human body
Agni(Fire) Left side is mainly sleshha(cold/phlegm) IDA remains in left side of backbone, mainly sleshha NADEE (cold nerve) and moon is ruler . Right side is Pingala ruler is Sun named Agni nadee ( Hot nerve) breath flows either of side when influence of any these two are more .
Some time Ida remains more active and some time pingala. YOGA PRACTIONERS
MAIN AIM SHOULD BE TO CONTROL THESE TO THROUGH “PRANAYAM” (Breath control by yogic means on prescribed way) IN ORDER KEEP BALANCE.
Say if we take 100 as number if 60 remains with Pingala and 40 Ida(cold) then hot nerve(Agni) is more active vice versa but when both remain with 50:50 then it is balanced , then third power appears in vaccumed condtion of spinal cord known as sushumna ( The middle one of the arteries that pulsate at the spinal cord) When sushmna is active then breath flows from both nose
The right portion named in yog is Ha> sun is main frame which is hot and left is Taa
Main frame is moon which is cold, these two together made Ha+ Taa = Haat yog (a form of yogic practice or breath control by yoga means of prescribed poses.
Breathing flow change in every two and half hours of either side of the nose.
Breath never flows continuously from both nose. Pingala remains more active in day time
IDA remains active in night .
If you sleep and align to left position then you may observe that your left nose is close breath flows form right nose and when you sleep and align to right side then breath flows from left nose and pingala remains active.
The enzyme secretes from right side as to improves digest system and again if you sleep align to right side IDA remains active develops moisture in body thus help to increase body weight
Body temperature and environment temperature always remain different but when we take oxygen through nose then heart temperature and air we take through nose remain same because certain stabilize system in within respiratory truck
To follow certain breathing practice known to be pranayam. which is related with three different system of breathing status 1) the air flow from left nose 2) the air flows from right nose 3) the air flows from both nose. .
Both of the above being blossom and active thorugh five elements of the body system these are
KSHITI-(earth)-AP(water)-( TEJ(Fire Agni)-MARUT(Air)-BYUM( sky) these five element s are working in cyclic order
For example : from child hood to 15 years age are mainly slesha (cold) 16 years to 45 years mainly pitta and 45 to till death is mainly bayu (air) in vedant as realated satta- raja- tama as nature and its reaction is Bayu(Wind/flatulence )– pitta( Gall/bile) – caugh(Mucus/phlegm)-
In body Tamo guna( the lowest element/primary quality of human nature ) leg to naval and raja guna(second of three nature qualities of creatures) remain naval chest and satta guna (highest positive qualities of human nature) remain chest to forehead and next condition the above all these three stage( three guna tith) This human nature. When nature reacts Bayu (wind) forms from naval to feet pitta(gal) form from naval to chest and caugh(phelgm) form from chest to forehead.

Nature (prakiti) , broadness/vast/sublime (mahat ), Ego ( ahang ) mind(Maan), five knowledge,( eyes, ears, nose, tongue, skin,
Two different mode of process Known to be Pranayam and Mudra .
Preliminary stage: before we seat to practise we may flow basic breathing procedure namely Anulom and Belom >
Pranayam: (1st face)The breathing process and its control and good relation to our materialistic desire (Indriya kriya) and feelings of its joint efforts of breathing deference, and again when body completely purifies with this efforts then one can fully control the air of body and joyous feelings up held and this is known to be pranayam. and the breathing through Pingala (Right nose) Ida (Left nose) Sushumna(both nose) by the method of Rechak, perak and kumbhak.
